Why You Should Attend:

What happens when two garnishment orders arrive at the same time—and both demand priority? Or when a lump-sum payment triggers unexpected reporting obligations? These are the situations where even experienced professionals pause, and where mistakes can quietly turn into costly consequences.

Garnishments are not just routine payroll tasks—they sit at the intersection of compliance, calculation, and legal judgment. In this session, you’ll explore how to confidently handle child support orders, federal and state tax levies, creditor garnishments, and E-IWO processes without second-guessing your decisions.

You’ll uncover how to determine the correct priority of orders, apply the right law in complex scenarios, and calculate disposable income with precision. We’ll also shed light on lesser-discussed areas like administrative fees, termination handling, and how recent tax reforms are influencing garnishment processing.

If you’re responsible for payroll or compliance, this webinar offers the clarity and practical insight needed to strengthen your approach and avoid hidden risks.
